HR4YOU has been the leading company for years with its product HR4YOU-eTransfer with outplacement service, ALG2 transfer agencies and transfer associations,  ALG2 companies, opting communities and job centers.

HR4OU eTransfer is a 100% internet solution and can be activated without technical effort by establishing a new registered place.

Based on an extensive profiling that analizes the knowledge and capabilities of the clients, all dates of the clients are hosted in a data bank - including all necessary documents. For every participant there is a specific system of application that gives information about all activities of application and statistics of application daily and monthly. The activities of application are comprised on a level of projects respectively measures for the reporting of projects and are recognized by the Bundesagentur für Arbeit.

For every client up to five different profiles can be hosted , where every profile of a client in the system can be proved by a job agent.  The job agent daily compares the profile with the data bank of jobs and informs as well the client as the administrator per e-mail.

Thereby the data bank of jobs is provided by diverse exchangable origins (it is also shown in the graphic).

There are simple masks for the registration of jobs and interfaces to boot something on other databanks. Moreover, HR4YOU-eTransfer provides the technology  to receive current job offers by any job boards and homepages of companies.
